2019-2020 School Year Winner

Congratulations Anna Wade!

The Roof Tree Foundation proudly recognizes Anna Wade, a senior at Lifeway Christian Academy, as the 2019-2020 recipient of The Roof Tree Scholarship.

“We are delighted to have Anna represent The Roof Tree as one of our recipients,” said Kristie Williams, The Roof Tree founder and Eli’s mom. “We had such an impressive group of kids to participate, so the fact that Anna’s essay stood out to them really speaks to how well she conveyed her understanding of the lecture and shaped a message,” Williams said. Wade, whose character and lifestyle reflect the values and beliefs of Eli, is a perfect choice for the scholarship, Williams added.

Wade, 18, is the daughter of David and Laura Wade, of Madison, Alabama. She plans to study education at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee.

Life Christian Academy representative Robyn Schrock describes Wade as a “fantastic student and member of our community but above that she is a shining example of Christ in her love for her family, her service to others and her diligence to work in any area the Lord gives her.”
